Special Feature - Thermocouple tubes from Industrial Ceramics are slip cast i.e. the whole tube is made in one piece including the closed end. In contrast most tubes available globally are extruded and then the closed end is joined to the tube. The joint becomes the weak spot Failure generally occurs at that joint.
